Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

YES TEAM it is FINALLY that BEAUTIFUL time of year again!!!

The leaves are falling, the sweaters are out, and yes, OH YES, it’s pumpkin season BABAAAAAAYYYY 🎃 💪

So without further adieu THIS is my FAVOURITE Post-Workout Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut milk or water depending on consistency

  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder of choice

  • 2 tsp. maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup ice

  • handful of spinach (optional)


Yes team it is that easy. Just make sure to blend all the ingredients MINUS the protein first, then add the protein for about 10 seconds at the end as it has a tendency of making your shake really light and puffy if combined with everything else (which you don’t want).
