Mid Day Protein Shake

You know… it’s the simple things in life that put a smile on your face. And this beautiful sumbitch is the perfect example of one of those things.

Chock-full of nutrients to fuel a healthy body, this shake is the perfect mid day meal to curb hunger cravings and give you that final kick to the end of your work day.

And the beautiful thing is that you can change up the flavors from PB&J to strawberry + vanilla to chocolate + banana and beyond. The combinations are endless. But I’ve found one that, at least to me, stands above the rest.

Here it is!


CPB&J Smoothie - Chocolate Peanut Butter & Jam

Ingredients

500ml water

2 Handfuls Spinach

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Small Banana (100g)

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

175g Greek Yogurt

1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein Powder (30g Protein)

55g protein, 44g carbs, 11g fat 


  1. Combine all ingredients minus the Protein Powder into a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds.

  2. Add Protein Powder and blend on low for 10 seconds.

  3. Enjoy


Play around with the mix that works best for you. Just be mindful of the extra carbs and fat from a large banana or an extra scoop of peanut butter.
